I love photographing haflas from around town. Hafla is a meeting or party for “Belly Dancers”. These are typically in restaurant type venues around here. Last week I went to one in a store front. They had a netting of white LED lights on the wall behind the dancers. In front and off to each side were LED color lights for front illumination. LEDs are monochromatic so there is no “white” light on the dancers. Also the general illumination was VERY low. Just what every photographer wants! I was shooting with a D850 with an f:2.8 lens. Shutter of 1/100 and let the ISO self-determine. The highest ISO I saw was 14,800!
Out of 300 or so shots I ended up with 47 edited files. No matter what I did with the trying to get “better” skin tones so I just gave up trying. Composition was edited using the nef files then saved as jpg’s. All were sent through Topaz denoise and about half also through Topaz Sharpen. I posted them on my facebook page. I have received more responses and likes than any other group I have posted! From the "small Talk" of the dancers afterward they all had a very good time that night!

It would be hard to get the skin tone you wanted because they are being illuminated by a pink light from the front left side.
