Chicken Poblano Soup

I used a rotisserie chicken and made the stock from the carcass. Roasted the poblano peppers, tomatillos and the garlic. Put the tomatillos and garlic in blender. Sauté the onion. Throw it all together with the can of fire roasted tomatoes. . Add seasoning of your choice. Simmer for 30 minutes. Add cilantro at the end and avocado when it is in the bowl.

OH! My! That looks awesome! Nice soup - Hearty and Delicious with those ingredients!
