I had never been to this area, it's a beautiful hike. You hike past were the famous "wave" trail is...since we didn't have a permit to get there, we went on by and took the Wire Pass Canyon hike. This is just one of many of the "Slot Canyon" hikes available in Utah.

I converted some from color to b&w....let me know which one's you like better!

This is a great hike! Although the B&W are dramatic, I prefer the color images because color is what this landscape is all about to me. Thanks for sharing your images. I’d love to be in one of those images but not sure about the difficulty of the hike. Does it work for “older” people?

Thanks...I keep going back and forth between the two sometimes I like the b&w but then look again and I like the color... And it's an easy hike...our friend that went with us is 80, hubby is 63 and I am 59. As long as you can crawl under the tree trunk and then climb down the ladder...your good to go!

It really is a pretty place, we would have kept going into the next canyon but didn't have the time. Hopefully next time we head down there we can take the other canyon.

Nice photos! Not a place you would want to be, with any rain within a hundred miles! Been there, done that!

More beautiful tour, Cindy! I prefer the color because of the unique colors in that area. I appreciate you using your energy to produce these beautiful shots for us old folks.

Thanks! We did discuss how bad it would be to get caught in a flash flood in that canyon...hope you didn't get caught in one!

Fantastic set !!! Cindy
I like the B&W conversions of the ladder images more so than the color.
If it were mine I would crop the image of the "snag" to the bottom half and convert to B&W.
