My old GF showed up at my house unannounced...

We have a past together...lol. I have watched her for a few years now as she builds her nest in one of my oaks.
We can't really be friends...but there is a trust.
She will let me walk up to her fairly close...if I do it correctly...the animal way.
Nest is built (amazing watching her fly into small branches and spanish moss on purpose...then fly away with some new material for the nest. Very acrobatic flying.
I'll have more once the eggs are laid. Coitus was yesterday ( I looked away)...so...soon she will be planted on the nest pretty much full time. Right now she is hungry...

Yes...it has finally started to pay off...but I'd do it anyway sans photography.
This is the angle I want...screen in between here...now removed.
We'll see...it will take awhile for her to return to that area...they have hunting patterns.
