For my 2012 MBP, I have the white "brick" and the magnetic connector for the computer. My MacBook Air has a similar arrangement for charging.

This is a very specific plug, but I can't imagine what it's for.

unpolarized power plug for a device. The pins are on the back of the missing piece of equipment.

Yep! Got it - MacBook Pro extension cord for power transformer.

This is a US plug adapter for the power supply. Different countries would have a different prong arrangement. The company doesnt have to make a complete unit for each country type, only the adapters to fit a common unit.
