A couple of images of Avalanche Lake in Glacier National Park, taken towards the end of summer. One thing to note is that this lake has some of the clearest lake water in the entire country, perhaps in the world. It is fed by ancient glacial springs and the water is filtered through tons of rock and gravel. Clean, clear, pure... just as it should be. Download for best results!
