Alligator Farm In St Augustine Has Huge Numbers Of Alligators In Residence

These photos come from two separate recent visits. One was on a chilly morning when the local residents were all fighting for a good sunny spot to warm up. The second was a warm 80หš day where the residents were all bookin' it because someone was handing out free chicken' somewhere.

I find all reptiles and amphibians to be photogenic; these bathing beauties are no exception. Itโ€™s been years since I visited them at St, Augustine; good to see they are all fat and happy.

Nice shots. I never understood places like that unless you are raising them for skins. Surely you can't feed that many 'gators on the tourist income

I've enjoyed several visits to St. Augustine but somehow I missed out on this particular attraction. I think I did drive past it but did not stop.
