This is something I put together using Photoshop CC I'm sorry I can't tell you the steps in PS Elements, I don't have that program.
You can download a masked image I did in a .png format from my Drop box by going to this link

This will have a transparent background you can use and then apply any background you want. You will need to know how to use layers to achieve this.
