Thank you. I was also lucky. The Herons built a "rookery" right next to the roadway (just a few feet away) in the hedges and brush. Easy access!

BTW: Sunset Beach, NC is a fabulous place to visit for wildlife and vacationing. Busy in the summer, but the town prohibited high structures on the island. No high risers or commercial structures - just a few places of business and lots of houses. We lived there (on the mainland) for 13 years, returning to NJ in 2011. We love it here, too!! Family resides but a few miles away.
