If you live in the Northern part of Australia, it might be a Red-Headed Myzomela.

Either a male house finch or because of the extent of the coloring more likely a male purple finch.

I'd go with purple finch as the species, but as far as the name is concerned, it looks kind of like Arnold. He shows up around our place in CT occasionally.

the one drawback is that there is not s Windows version. You have to copy the photo to your phone. IIRC the app takes the location from the EXIF.
