Brent Harder Tribute !! Care to Join In ?

Unfortunately, our UHH friend passed away last Thursday, from covid. As a tribute to Brent I think it would be a nice gesture to share one or more of your favorite ocean-themed photos. I don't think many of us could equal the beautiful shots that Brent shared, but perhaps we could share ours with his family. R.I.P. Brent and God bless your family.

Here is a sunset I took at Huntington Beach back in 2019. I was in California on a work trip and because of some shots of Brent's I saw of this beach, I brought my camera and was lucky enough to get a decent sunset and a surfer! While I was taking shots that night I knew I would be sending them in and when I did I thanked Brent for the inspiration.

Here are boats at Kona-Kailua on the big island of Hawaii. They gather at this spot by the Outrigger Kona Hotel every night and snorkelers wait in the water under lights set up to attract manta rays.

OMG - Have followed Brent on here as much as I could since joined 3 years ago. Loved all of his post, just great shots. Prayers and condolences' to his family. He will be missed tremendously. RIP Brent and God bless your family at this time of sorrow.

I am so sorry to hear of Brent's passing. I had PM'd him a couple of times to ask if he would like to come to my area on the coast to take photos of surfers in the Rincon Beach area. His photographs, no matter the subject were just fantastic. He was a great photographer and I wish we could have gotten together for a photo shoot. My condolences to his family and friends. May God bless them and ease their pain.
