It's set in the 1950s, and from what I recall, it all the scenes are at night. It's a very nice, quiet, calm film - no monsters, explosions, or wars. I'm going to watch it again.

What I'm getting from the previews is it takes place in New Mexico but the radio station is WOTW. Don't radio and TV stations east of the Mississippi start with a W and west of the Mississippi start with a K? I believe New Mexico would be west of the Mississippi. Am I missing something?

Yes. New Mexico used to be east of the Mississippi. That's part of the sci-fi element.

I wonder how the film makers missed that.
