I cannot remember my password. The link that they sent to change is of no help. It asks for my old password. I wish I knew what it was. I have left messages.... no real help'
Any insight on how I can put this problem to bed??

Thanks

If you use a Mac all of your passwords are stored. They can be checked via the KeyChainAccess app. I'm sure there's a Windows equivalent. Is there a "forgotten password" option when trying to login to your Luminar account?

Thank you. I figured it out. You have to completely sign out, then sign in and reset a new password. Thanks again.

I’m sorry, I cannot help you with your current problem, but can highly recommend to you a Password Manager for the future. I use Bitwarden. You only need to remember ONE password to automatically use passwords at various sites. I probably have 60 passwords stored in Bitwarden. Plus, Bitwarden syncs passwords between your PC and smartphone. And it’s FREE.
