The Anhinga is a water bird that fishes by swimming under water and spearing a fish on the end of it's sharp bill. After surfacing with it's catch, the Anhinga will flip the fish off it's bill sending the fish airborne. The bird then hopes to catch the fish facing head down for easy swallowing. I've seen them miss and drop the fish but not too often.

Yes the 300 f4 sometimes with the 1.4 extender.
