I don't even open these emails. With some email, if you hover over the address before opening them, the real email address comes up. This one came from Italy. It could have been spoofed, however it definitely doesn't point to Warren Buffett.
What the real question is……… how much will it cost me to receive 5 million dollars. This could be a worthwhile investment in my “personal charity”.
It would be interesting to see the header information to see where it really came from.
"...<at>alice.it" could be spoofed.

Sadly, it must still work some minuscule percentage of the time, or else why waste time and effort on doing it? Somebody should forward this to ol' Warren and see if it spurs a fit of online philanthropy?

Clearly, United Dollars are dollars that have been glued together into a solid block.
Simply gluing the dollars together, one on top of the other, will be an unwieldy stick since a dollar is about 0.008 thick, so five million of them would be a stick 3333 feet long. They probably have to be ground up and glued into a solid mass. A sphere will have the most compact shape, and it would be about 66 feet in diameter.
How can you turn down such a generous offer? Chances like this don’t come around that often. So what if Warren can’t spell his own name, consider his age. I would dive right in.

This guy comes on the used car lot rolling a 66 feet diameter ball of money…….
I have received similar scams from "friends" of mine who have been the recipients of grants for $50,000.00. They all want to tell me how they got them by just applying for them. Even though I knew the people named, they never responded when I asked how I knew them. Several were old friends from back home, and a few were local recent friends. I think they are all just trying to get your bank account number so they can deposit the big check directly into your account. And if you believe that, I have a bridge I can sell you cheap.
At least the last one I got was spelled correctly. However, it wanted me to reply and confirm that I am dead so they could send me 10.7 million dollars.
