I came home today, and saw my wife packing her bags, I asked her where she was going. She said she found out that in the Netherlands there are places where men will pay $400 for what she does for me for free. A little later she's headed out and she notices me packing my bags, and asks me where was I going? I told her, " I'm following you, I want to see where you can live off $800 a year."

She replies: “What shall I pack, summer or winter clothes”?

Sitting here in the middle of Minnesota @ 0500H (current wind chill temp is @ -36!) laughing until tears nearly
fall (although a little quietly as my wife is still sleeping).

I can certainly relate.
In 1949 or 50, which would put me at 5 or 6, I spent the Christmas holidays with some ancient relatives of my grandparents.
They lived somewhere close to Duluth.
Obviously you can see that this memory is quite foggy.
What I do remember vividly is how cold it was.
I think it took me couple of years to thaw out!!
