Hi, I may be looking to sell my 5D M4 and was wondering how to find the actual shutter count on my camera? I would like to check it on a Windows 10 computer.

Thanks in advance for all your help
Tom

Try this on Youtube, he covers Canon DSLRs. Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6IhK43yuzuU
and follow this link for the app; for both PCs & Macs https://pcmacstore.com/en/app/720123827/shuttercount

Before paying for any software, carefully inspect the list of supported EOS models for that candidate software. Canon changes the 'how' and 'where' (and now 'if') the shutter count can be obtained with each new DICIG processor release. That's why some software works for only some EOS cameras.

ShutterCount works well, but it is now only macOS or iOS: https://www.direstudio.com/shuttercount/
