I took this photo in early Winter (no snow) because I liked the way the light seemed unusual. I blurred the scene in PP to soften the image. Shot with Olympus Pen F, Zuiko 45mm f1:1.8. Your critique is most welcome.

Is it ok if I download and mess around with it the re post?
Nice setting but it’s been softened a bit too much for my tastes. I keep blinking my eyes thinking that they’ll clear it up. Not a very technical analysis but just giving you a reaction.

Feel free to download and tinker with it. I need to learn. Thanks for your advice.
I like this shot and the fact that you tried to soften it up. To me, without the softness, the shot would be meh...the softness conveys a feeling...which is important.
All I did was highlight the bridge a bit, and I actually sharpened up the trees just slightly to make the trunks look a bit more sharp, but keep the branches, etc. soft. I also added some black into the brush along the water and enhanced the colors of the reflections in the water...using a quick brush...all in LR.
I dont know if it helps or hurts...you decide!
