Great! As a CC Creative Cloud subscriber you have access to a free Watercolor Photoshop Action that you can obtain by going to your Creative Cloud panel. Download the right one for CC and then install it in your actions. There is a PDF file that explains how to use it. It's a bit tricky getting used to it but it's very detailed. Depending on the image, you may not like how it turns out when it's finished but it can be edited because after it runs, there are alot of editable layers in your layers panel where you can tweak it. On this image that I posted I did additional editing to bring back more of the orignal image take out some of the action painting that I didn't like etc. It was a Salt and Pepper to taste kind of thing. Give the action a try and see how you like it.

Thank you so much!! I'm trying to learn more about Photoshop (I tend to use Lightroom more regularly for basic editing), and just this past week started to learn about "actions" and what they can do. I'm hoping to find time to play with it this afternoon! I can't thank you enough! JimPops has also been very kind and extremely helpful in my learning of Photoshop, too! I truly appreciate your advice and tips. Thank you!

Good Luck, and feel free to ask follow up questions. There are alot of very talented Photoshoper's in the forum. Certainly someone can answer your questions.

I like the results you achieved with the action. Very nice.
If mine I would clean up her face, especially if it was used on someone I knew.
