Took some photos of eagles at Turkey Run State Park last weekend and some eagle photos around Monroe Lake this weekend. It was cloud on last weekend and clear weather this weekend. So the light gray background photos were taken in Turkey Run and sky blue background photos were taken along Monroe Lake. Thanks for viewing in advance!

The first four are super sharp!!!
The last not quite as sharp as the first four, but you can still see the detail in the feathers.

Great set! Perhaps I am beginning to agree with Benjamin Franklin who didn’t think the Bald Eagle was an appropriate choice as a national symbol. While undoubtedly a beautiful bird, facially, they always look like they are angry (and with the clarity of your photographs I can see that) and we certainly have little to be angry about.
