I new from past shooting my camera was pretty good under low light conditions. Just got back from a day bus trip. Shooting with a D-90 and a Tamron 18 to 270. I new I had a low light situation so I kicked my ISO upto 3200. Other then that I just shot as normal. I was amazed at the shots I got inside the bus. Checking in photoshop I had very, very little noise, nothing I couldn't easily handle.
Recommendation: Try playing around with ISO settings under low light situations. You might be surprised. I sure was.

Very nice shot - low noise. Tell the bus operator he/needs air on the right side of the bus.
