Great Horned Owl & Crested Caracara.

Raptor free flight at the Desert Museum

I'm still practicing and learning.
I cut the wings off a bit on the first shot of the Owl. The 2nd shot of the Owl he was swooping down thru brush.

Assume you were at the Desert Museum outside Tucson? Loved that place the time I was there! Really enjoyed the 'show' that was put on with the raptor-wrangler baiting various of the free-range raptors for the edification of all, the raptors included. (The only bird I shot while I was there was some sort of hummingbird, and though that hummer wasn't exactly rapacious, it netted me a fun sort of shot that I subsequently abstracted. I did, as well, enjoy shooting the cougar they had caged up in what looked like something of a natural habitat....) Which has little --or nothing-- to do with....

Is there a possibility that one or more of your shots could be improved with a little judicious processing? Though what you got I enjoyed.

Glad you enjoyed them. Yes, this is the Sonoran Desert Museum west of Tucson.
I probably could have done more post processing....I just didn't want them to look over processed.
