If you don't have insurance to cover the ridiculously high prices for hearing aids---check out eBay--after all thousands die with hearing aids every day. A $5K /ear set can sell there for $100. I bought a set of recent "Phonaks" behind the ear aids for $100. that way. Most people's hearing loss charts can be stacked and the lines nearly identical as the loss is in the high end--that of speech from women and children and in crowds. But if you have it covered with insurance, then---check out a Swiss Phonak dealer. ------ew
