We received 1 inch of snow in my area of North Carolina, we had ice last weekend. This pretty much is the most snow we have had in about 4 years here. Going to be pushing 50 degrees today so it probably is going to be gone by this evening.

Nice photo documenting conditions at your house. Here in southern New Hampshire we have about 3 inches of snow on the ground. This is the least amount of snow we've had in about 4 years but at this morning's minus 2 degrees, I don't think it's going to be gone by this evening.

Snow in the U.P. of Michigan will begone sometime in April. Temperature got to -24 degrees. Great to live where we have 5 seasons-spring, summer ,fall, flannel and winter.

Fayetteville, NC got about 2 1/2 inches of snow. We are only supposed to hit 37 today and drop to 14 tonight. That's very cold for us.

Love seeing the snow, also love seeing it leave, but it soooo pretty when it is here

Beautifully composed, Tom. Weโ€™ve been in the single digits to teens in the morning here. I canโ€™t wait until I can start complaining about the hot weather. ๐Ÿ˜Š

enjoy it while you have it. i went to college in nc in the mid 2000s, we had a surprise 12 inches of snow drop overnight one year. straight away they canceled classes for the next two days but it was entirely melted by noon.

Oh yes, it is amazing here, all they have to do is say it is going to snow and school is cancelled, grocery stores get wiped out, and like you said it is melted away usually by noon the next day.
