Nice photos!
All of my harriers have a definite white rump.
Seems to have the wrong head shape, also.
Almost appears as a Prairie Falcon, or some kind of Falcon.....?

I am not in its range according to my guide. And there are many differences, too. Thanks for the help, hettmoe.

It does look like a falcon but I don't think it is that one. I sure could be wrong, though.

Immature Peregrine Falcon. The long pointed wings and malar bar (under the eye) are dead giveaways. An adult would be slate gray. Nice capture.
