Jenn: ??? (We don't have an iPad!) "Oh? What's an ipad?"
Ingrid: "Something to put over my eyes. They keep opening up in the night."

This is her second bout of COVID. She had it in Aug 2020 at the age of 2 years, and her little brother had it then too at the age of 10 months. The children are in a study to monitor antibodies in young children with COVID. The whole family had it back in 2020 when the kids got it from their daycare worker... who died of COVID a few weeks later. The symptoms back then were mild, and right now only Ingrid has tested positive. But I expect they will all get it again.

When kids are attacked by viruses, I sometimes feel it is evil!! My wife & I had Covid, but mainly mild symptoms. I had a baby brother die at 2 1/2 yrs. in 1945. It destroyed me for quite while. Sending my thoughts for Ingrid and family.
