Finally, a substantial charge.
Let's see if old One-Eye starts singing for the feds or goes to prison to protect Fat Donny.

Evidence made public thus far does not suggest Rhodes was directed by Trump, but rather the opposite:

"Pence is doing nothing. As I predicted," Rhodes allegedly messaged the group on J****** 6. "All I see Trump doing is complaining. I see no intent by him to do anything so patriots are taking it into their own hands."

"We have one FINAL chance to get Trump to do his job and his duty. Patriots entering their own Capitol to send a message to the t*****rs is NOTHING compared to what's coming if Trump doesn't take decisive action right now," Rhodes wrote, according to court documents.

The O**h K****rs founder added that the Capitol r**t helped send a message to Trump, who he called the "most important" audience member. "I hope he got the message," Rhodes said.

As the J****** 6 r**t unfolded, Rhodes also allegedly posted photos to the group's chat, including one that showed the southeast side of the Capitol building with the caption, "patriots pounding on doors." Another caption that accompanied a photo said, "Trump better do his damn duty."

These charges, more than a year after the "crime", came less than two days after the Justice Dept. was embarrassed at the senate hearings by admitting they had not yet charged anyone for i**********n (aka s******n). It was
t***sparently reactionary, and unless these guys are railroaded, they probably will skate.

Personally, I'd like to see them in prison. But hey! That's just my patriotic view.

The S******n Act of 1798 was widely unpopular with the people. It was quite controversial due to its limitation on Freedom of Speech, and led to Jefferson ousting Adams as President.

In this case, there seems to be no direct connection between this man and the Capitol r**t. He merely said that if the e******n were not overturned there would be Civil War. Now, does that meet the requirements for s******n or was he just mouthing off? Was he fomenting Civil War by actually making plans for one or just voicing his personal hopes? If this is the standard for s******n, perhaps the twitter posts of A****a leaders should cause them to held accountable as well. I actually expect a hot shot ACLU attorney to take this case!!

Perhaps you should help out and make them aware of all that you know.

My only problem is that I think these people are being held to a different standard than A****a.

I think it’s time we stopped making excuses and perpetuating poor behavior with such justifications. The political deflections are often seemingly without merit or based on a lot of conjecture.

I think in Trump's world it's called protection.

Let's see if there was more than somebody upset with the e******n letting off a lot of hot air. Now, I've heard he bough 40K worth of guns and ammunition. Were they illegal purchases? Did he put them to any use on the 6th? Before we start convicting somebody for words, let's see if he followed them up with actual action. In the course of the history of this country, there have been a lot of words spewn by malcontents that could be viewed as s*******s. So, why this guy? It waits to be seen if there is evidence to back up the arrest. I'm in Dallas and saw the Feds make a very public arrest of one of the County judges (like city councilmen). They invaded his home, confiscated a large amount of cash, and took him to trial, only to fall flat on their faces with insufficient evidence of a crime. So, pardon me if I take some federal arrests as somewhat political.

Whenever they don't have a substantial crime to charge they will bring out "Conspiracy".

This "non-substantial" crime carries a penalty of 25years in prison.
Personally, I wish the death penalty was on the table. These t*****rs deserve to hang.

Would you be saying the same thing if B*M, A****a, B****s, or other Democrats had done the same thing?
