I spent a year, just after basic training, at Keesler for initial training... then short periods, between various assignments... throughout my 20 years in the Air Force. Last time I was by there, passing thru, couldn’t get on base without an official need... was the day after 9-11.
Hope your family have a great assignment there.

It is a beautiful duty station. It reminds me of my time at Beaufort, MCAS
