They have a long list of people who they claim died or suffered serious medical problems after receiving v******tions. Some of them have links to news stories.

I checked most of the ones involving US athletes and many made no mention of the person receiving v*****es and some said the death was due to natural causes. One was former baseball great Hank Aaron. Another was former boxer Marvin Hagler. Another former pro boxer claimed that Hagler was in the hospital fighting problems after being v******ted. Hagler's family said he died of natural causes at home.

The most ridiculous inclusion on the list was a former NE Patriots football player who died in a motorcycle crash.

It would have been helpful if you had checked some of this before posting here.

A simple temporal relationship is not proof of causation. If no autopsy then it is an unproven allegation. We do see young athletes die and usually it turns out to be a cong*****l heart defect that was never identified.
