I'm going to do my part by cutting down on eating at home. I have about a dozen bottles of wine to finish. : )

I'm still using a shop online service. I go in on Thursday at 9:00 to pick up my order. the cost is only $3.00 for a $150 order (Hannaford, NY)

No charge for pickup a our local Whole Foods, which is not to imply that WF is a discount operation…

Pickup here (Northern California) is free for orders over $100. They actually offered the device for years before the pandemic (but I could never figure out why). Now I love it. Shop in half an hour late at night. Pickup the next day. (I do still go in to pick out some produce. But it’s a quick in and out.)

??? - costs the same in gas and mileage whether you order on line and then pick up, or you go to the grocery store to shop and go home so the only additional cost is the $3 service fee. The $3 service fee might be worth it considering the shopping time saved as well as fewer virus germs inhaled and also the frustration trying to find something :-)

Walmart pickup is free…and it's a whole lot faster than going into the store.

You are fortunate to have that much wine on hand. Most of my family was here for Christmas and they drank up most of my wine. I haven't had the chance to get to the wine store to restock.
