First eagle shot with the new gear

I met up with a group in Necedah at the Petenwell dam to shoot. The eagles had other plans, so we only had two. Wildlife photography sure takes a lot of patience. By the time the sun came out, the eagles were gone. Waited 2.5 hours, but no luck. The R5 performed admirably in 12 degree temps. It was so dark and gloomy out, the in flight image was ISO5000. Ugh, at least I got something!
