On! Both of us! Pending - Brie en Croute with sauteed walnuts! Have the other pair of kids arriving this week, so lots of cooking ahead, and they aren't into Paleo! Hooray!

Rind: either way. I have done this with smoked Gouda too. Photos are great and it has to be delicious!!
