I agree. Are we missing something in the image? Or does the title mean "What kind of bird is it?" Somebody will come back and say "It is a LGB", meaning little gray bird. Seriously, I think there is a site called "Merlin", where you can send a picture of a bird and have an identification. It looks like a fairly common "House Sparrow" to me.

I agree somewhat. Could be a "Female Western Spindalis". There are sub-species around, so it's hard to be totally sure.
