AZNikon Loc: Mesa, AZ

I bought the package for $99.00 and downloaded all three programs (DeNoise AI, Gigapixel AI, Sharpen AI). Everything went fine with the icons on my desktop. Problem is that the icons won't open the programs. I tried going through the Windows program list, File Explorer icons, nothing will open the programs. I wrote to Topaz on December 16th, and again on December 28th, no luck. Does anyone have any ideas or clues what may be wrong?

Update! Just as I sent this I finally heard from Topaz. I will try their suggestions and let you know what happens. Thanks, Bob

Go to the icon on ur desktop and Right Click on it...you will have a pull down menu appear. Near the top is "Run as administrator"...click on that...If it opens up & runs, you have end user permission issues...If not, I would simply remove & reinstall

Click on "Account", then Log In and Download/Install your products again.

I've found all the Topaz programs take a considerable amount of time to load on first install or after an update, even on my gaming desktop. You simply may not be waiting long enough?
