This is an image that I took in the Adirondacks and never processed. Maybe you will see some possibilities that I missed. Have fun with it.
Feel free to download this image to your computer. Then you can edit it any way that you think is an improvement. Composites, black and white conversions, textures, sky swaps, inverted images, solarization, or whatever else you think will improve the photo are acceptable techniques for your edit. When you are finished, post your edit in this thread. Edits will be accepted until 9pm Eastern time on Thursday. No edits will be accepted after that time because we will begin voting then. Here is my suggestion for the edit. I straighten the trees using Photoshop's -
Filter>Lens Correction>Custom>Transform>Vertical Perspective
Lately I try and use existing sky using Photoshop's Filter>Sky to create a mask then Camera Raw to work on the details. On this image I couldn't get the sky anywhere close to what I thought it should be so I added one of my own that might be similar to the original but with some additional detail.
