Maybe a faster lens?
Enchanting subject albeit the background is a distraction in my humble estimation...

Thank you for sharing...

Yeah, about the lens. My drone is a DJI product, which is basically the Cadillac of drones. Many of the lenses they use are made by Hasselblad and have adjustable aperture cameras on them. Mine is the DJI Air 2s. I just got it in early December and have not had much time to learn it. It comes with a camera that is made by DJI itself. It is 20 mp, has a 1" sensor, but has a fixed aperture of only F 2.8. However, it comes with 4 ND filters to compensate. This can fly and photograph at night. Hence, the F2.8 aperture. Other than that, the camera operates normally in that one can manually adjust the white balance, exposure, EV settings, and ISO. It also has a full auto function in both still photography and video. In addition, the video portion goes up to 5.4k (yes, 5.4) all the way down to 1080p with variable frame rates including slow motion and time lapse capabilities. It is a complex machine and has a HUGE learning curve. At almost $2,000.00, it is definitely not a toy. I have another DJI drone that I use for work that is not as complex that I use at work for now.

Thank you for looking and commenting. I always enjoy viewing your posts.

Ohhh there's that handsome little grandson. Has he really grown that fast? He is still every bit as adorable as he was when he was a little bitty guy! Mighty nice photos too! Happy New Year to you two!

Thank you very much, Jo. The funny thing about the first pic is that the family can now see the similarity between Joshua and his older brother by his mouth shape. Even though we all knew that they had the same parents, it took us this long? And it took a drone on the ground to do it? Wow! We all had a good laugh. Not a very good photo, but we are keeping it'

Oh, and I did not forget; You too, have a very happy, safe and healthy new year!
