Excellent! I love chicken thighs and always have them in the freezer. I've even stuffed them - been a while, will need to revisit that! Keeping mushrooms is a trick. I try to keep them on hand, but often go too long without using them and they spoil.

My husband hates 'shrooms too.
Therefore I seldom use them in cooking (never mind that I enjoy mushrooms, but in moderation).

Thanks QD, we're fortunate to have grocery store a few blocks away so we can always get fresh fungi!
