I have somehow been subscribed to a daily online survey that apparently has fairly wide dist, given the nbr of responses posted. This is the question posted a few days ago:

Answer choices are:
Yes
or
No
How do you answer?
This is sorta like a drill sgt asking a raw recruit, “Do you lead with your left foot or right foot? Yes or no.

Well, given the wording of the question, and the wording of the choice of answers, my response has to be "yes".

They don't want you to answer the same. They make you count every penny so that you have to answer yes or now with only one penny difference.

Yes, I AM "better or worse off". That's the only response I can give to the question as posed with the choice of responses given. "The same" was not included in the choice of responses.
