The base layer with the tree was created with Photoshop, Tree was painted and flocked with garland using brushes from the set of Kyle Watercolor brushes. The star on top the tree was a cutout of the star that sits on top our Christmas tree in our house. Characters were cut from a Christmas cushion my daughter had in her home. The background texture layer from a collection by Foxeysquirrel. That collection was part of the bonus material when I took the My Photo Artistic Art class. The Christmas font I believe was obtained from Fonts.com, Signature and date font was Adobe Handwriting font.
If you like doing this kind of stuff, now is the time to capture images for your future creations. Christmas decorations are everywhere right now. When you are out an about shopping or enjoying the season, snap away with your phone camera, Put them in a Christmas file and you will have all year to work on next year's Christmas creations.
Beautifully done. Merry Christmas.
