When I lived near Phoenixville and worked near Devon/Wayne, I drove past the arch on average, 10 times a week for several years. I still drive through the park quite often. Valley Forge National Historical Park is a great place for photography, if you get to know the place, on both sides of the river. I enjoyed your photos.
