Looked outside before going to bed last night, and the moon looked so cool shining through an opening in the clouds. I was just going to head to bed, but figured I would regret not trying to capture it. I grabbed my tripod and ran outside to snap a few pictures. This would be a good opportunity to see if I could balance the light of the moon and still see that cool opening in the clouds. I ended up using Lightroom to process it, and for my skill level, it didn't turn out too badly. I'm sharing the original and two adjusted pictures.
I don't tend to share many pictures (though I really enjoy everyone else's creations!!), because I don't feel I have much to contribute. Lately, I've been telling myself, the point in sharing is to learn how to get better. This section of UHH is so friendly, so I'll try to make more of an effort to share more of what I'm working on.
