~ So, while I like to make/prepare
Pulled Pork, the past coupla' years I've been doin' it a bit off the grid. It's been quite a while since I've made P.P. for a crowd or party so I experimented with just using the Boneless rib meat pieces that are found in most local grocery stores.
~ The prep and smoking I treat the same: Yesterday (Friday) I dry rubbed (Brown sugar, The "Kick Butt Cajun" and Garlic shown) the meat pieces in a Gallon Freezer bag, then tomorrow (Sunday) I will smoke for four hours, then put in the oven at 198 deg. for another four.
Then...Showtime!! Sunday dinner for Two!
Looks good, keep us posted.
I'm usually too "moody" about food to plan in advance. I usually don't know what I'll be in the mood to cook or even eat. Note to self, need to do more of that. Great things like this I miss out on.
