This is the most photograph location in Colorado and my be the third most photographed location in the US. These are the "Maroon Bells". As you can see the moon color of the peaks and the shape somewhat resembles bells.
I got lucky with this photo because the first snowfall of the season occurred two nights before I photographed it. If you have never been there the location is a few miles South West of Aspen. This place is so popular you need to get there very early in the morning. I was set up about two hours before sunrise to find a spot to set up (flashlight needed) and by dawn there were tripods all over the place and photographers almost literally, shoulder to shoulder.
I have a large (45 inches wide) metal print to enjoy.
Outstanding. Perfect exposure.
Nice shot but the colors look unrealistic.

I have never seen a better shot of this area. Did you get the print fom Camera Corner?
Fred that’s one fine photo of the Maroon Bells!
One of the best shots of Maroon Bells I have seen!
Great scene but a bit over saturated for me.
A gold medal worthy print!
