A young house finch-slightly different color pattern, stubby notched tail and a bit plumper looking than an adult female and no yellow, orange or red head and breast coloring like an adult male (yellow and orange indicates a diet poor in carotenoid).
Just perched in a small potted tree waiting a turn at the feeder.
