I had to go in for my 6 month's check up yesterday. I asked my Dr to take a shot of my eye with my IPhone 13 Pro Max. I don't think she got close enough for the Marco feature to click in but it turned out well. My eyes were completely dialated. You can see the lens from my cataract surgery. Also, you can see some white scarring around the lens from cataract surgery and 2 prior eye surgeries on that eye. She said that you wouldn't be able to see this when the eye wasn't completely dialated. The catch light was from the flash on the phone. This image was scaled up in post processing to show detail. I have also included original image.
