Trying to register a new lens - Get multiple error messages when trying to register the lens including trying to access my account with Canon, although if I try to re-register i get told I am already registered.
Anybody else having this issue?

I have been trying to sign into my account and have been unable to do that for days. I thought it was me.

I just tried it and logged in with no problem. This is where I started off and I logged in using the log in up on the right hand side...

Canon's web site has been having glitches for several weeks. I tried, with no success to renew my CPS membership. First try was negated by it not recognizing my password. Then, it refused 4 different credit cards. Canon called me and said "it appeared" the site DID accept my attempt. I am currently getting txts from Canon reminding me to renew. If their web site is such a disaster can their "tech support" be far behind?
Canon at one time was the best sites. Today they have done everything they could to mess it up. I have called corporate and they don't care or understand. Too bad!
I went thru it with a Pro 1000 printer, a R5 and two lenses.
And they were the best.
Thanks for the response - very helpful.
So, I got the RF800 registered, went back to the Canon site and thought I'd make sure I had registered other Canon products. Tried to register my RF 14035 l lens (This is incredibly good lens and when it finally arrived and when Adobe eventually set up a standard lens correction, I have been very pleased with the results - minimal distortion at 14, very sharp.) - but Canon Product Registration doesn't allow me to register it - Doesn't appear in the pick list - so I go to Support page, but to get support I need to have the lens registered. Went back to main page and did find the lens available for sale on the site.
Anyone else having this issue?

I just registered a new lens on the Canon site yesterday. No problems.
