Most definitely, they tend to be a very calm bread. Also get along well with other pets. Females go about 12 to 14 lbs, but males can get to 25, (18 ave.). U-tube has many videos about Main Coons.

What a gorgeous cat - we inherited a cat about 18 months ago who we believe is part Maine Coon - the vet disagrees - but when I saw the photo of Taffy I thought it was our cat staring at us with her commanding look.

From looking at your picture, I have to believe yours is also a main coon. She has all the features. Only way to tell for sure though is a DNA test.
