This easy and so good that you could serve it as hors d'oeuvres at a party.
One package of Stonefire flatbread
One box of On-Cor Barbecue Sauce & 6 Boneless Rib Shaped Patties
One sliced onion - we used a Vidalia
Handful of shredded cheddar cheese
Handful of shredded Mozzarella cheese
Heat the On-Cor tray per its instructions. Heat the the flatbread. Heat the the onion. Thinly spread the cheese on the flatbread and let it melt a little. Remove the ribs and cut each of the six slabs into four bite-size pieces. Pour the remaining sauce over the flatbread and spread it out evenly. Place the rib pieces on the flatbread spaced about two inches apart. Apply the onion. Cut into squares and enjoy.
The meat is processed pork and chicken and is sausage-like. The sauce is out of this world! We really enjoyed this. When we were younger we made pizza every week, but I can no longer knead the dough and Mary's hands hurt more than mine. This is an easy way for us to still enjoy Pizza Night.

I've never been subjected to a McRib sandwich. I hope Mary doesn't run into any copyright problems.

Thanks for jogging my memory, Reuss. Years ago when our daughters were young they hosted a pajama party. We made our usual assortment of pizzas and as a joke made a peanut butter, banana, and dill pickle spear one too. That was the hit of the party.
