Easily understood. Just translate "Winnipeg" into "New York City" or "Chicago" or "Los Angelus" or you get the idea.

You have to ask the Chief Warden :) - He has answers we cannot begin to guess! But winter in Buffoonalo, esp. in the 1960s (when I was there as a young pup) was purty rough. With Flat Earth Warming though, soon there will be palm trees by Lake Erie - affording plenty of opportunity to snap some great photos! Just make sure your Leica is fungus-proofed!
