I know this because I am one. Just to keep up with traffic, you need to drive 70mph!!

Amen! For 15 years, I commuted everyday from Huntington to Port Washington on 25A. The section through Brookville was a racetrack! The regular commuters knew how to drive at speed and did it safely. It was the « civilians » who drove slowly and dared to make lefthand turns that were the dangerous ones.
